INCARNATE MUSE Press is seeking poems for its second atheist poetry anthology. Confront, question,
or deny the god of your youth, the sacred text of your culture. Express your disbelief, disapproval,
doubt, or dismay. Looking for honest, thought-provoking poetry daring to speak against the social norm of
belief and/or attempting to take the stigma from non-belief. Interested in nontheism expressed positively
rather than solely in opposition to theism. Avoid gratuitous vulgarity and unfocused anger.
We feel that atheism is often defined too narrowly and inaccurately.
Deadline: July 3 0. Up to 6 poems

SAGE TRAIL, a new contemporary poetry magazine, is launching itself monthly from Santa Barbara, California
and Albuquerque, New Mexico. We are free online at www.sagetrail.net, and are looking for poets to submit
their work, and hard-copy subscribers. Send us your wisdom, your penetrating intelligence, the results of
your climb.

Contributions/submissions of any quantity, inquiries about the magazine, or mailing list requests may be
sent year-round to sfrost@sagetrail.net or P.O. Box 4012, Santa Barbara, California 93140. Manuscripts
sent to us cannot be returned. Please allow one to three months for us to review your work before making
inquiries. Copyrights revert to authors upon publication. Previously published work other than work
already published in "Willow Street" and "Central Avenue" may also be considered. The present staff of
the magazine includes the Editor, Suzanne Frost and the Advisory Editor,  Cathryn McCracken.
Hard-copy subscriptions help to alleviate our production costs. Individual issues are $5.00 including tax.
Yearly subscriptions are $15.
